CHATCODE · BETA
Beta Terms
Effective: August 19, 2026 · Beta Version 1
1. Experimental nature
Beta capabilities may change, improve, be replaced, suspended, or removed because of technical issues, security, operating costs, or AI-provider changes. Behavior in a Beta build should not be treated as a permanent commitment for the official release.
2. Pro Beta 299,000₫/month
In Vietnam, the current launch price for Pro Beta is 299,000₫ for one month. Other markets may display an appropriate local currency. Pro Beta is sold/renewed one month at a time and does not create a Lifetime plan or multi-year commitment.
Pro Beta unlocks all currently offered Beta capabilities and is intended for unlimited normal use. Fair-use, anti-abuse, infrastructure protection, security safeguards, and AI-provider technical limits may still apply.
3. Pricing and plans after Beta
299,000₫ is the price for the current Pro Beta month, not a commitment that the official post-Beta product will keep the same price or Free/Pro structure. After Beta, ChatCode may repackage plans based on real usage, costs, and demand. Future commercial changes will be disclosed before the relevant purchase or renewal.
4. AI compatibility
AI providers may change connectors, plans, models, limits, APIs, or UIs outside ChatCode's control. OzinTech will try to maintain compatibility but cannot guarantee that every platform will support the same capability at all times.
5. Backups and production
Beta software may contain defects. Before writes/deletes, migrations, Git pushes, remote-server operations, or production deployments, users should back up data, use least privilege, and review results. Do not use ChatCode Beta as the sole control layer for systems where failure could create life-safety risks or severe harm without appropriate supervision.
6. Beta telemetry and feedback
ChatCode may measure efficiency locally. Sharing aggregate efficiency telemetry with OzinTech is a separate choice on new installations; the data is described in the Privacy Policy. Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used to fix bugs and improve the product, but it does not transfer ownership of your source code or projects to OzinTech.
7. Mandatory security updates
If a Beta build has a security defect or serious risk of data damage, OzinTech may block or limit that build's capabilities and require an update. The goal is to reduce risk to users and infrastructure, not to take possession of user data.
8. End of Beta
OzinTech may end the Beta program and move to an official commercial release. Any active Pro Beta entitlement will be handled according to the transition notice and applicable law; nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.
